District Meeting
Prior to the Annual Meeting of the membership, a district meeting will be held each year in Memphis, Texas, for the purpose of voting upon the nominations made by the Nominating Committee. The director nominee selected at this District Meeting shall be placed upon the election ballot at the Annual Meeting of the membership. The district meeting will be held March 27, 2025.
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is usually the month following the District Meeting and held in Floyd County, Texas. Lighthouse is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine directors. Three directors are up for re-election at each Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held April 24, 2025.
